Where will I be?

Jane's at Werri is 1.5 hours from Sydney and located in the coastal village of Gerringong. Located on the Gerringong hilltop, guests can enjoy views to the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The home is ideally located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and an easy stroll into the village where there are independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket.

Jane's at Werri is ideal for families who want to enjoy summer by the pool or the beach! The two living areas means guests are able to enjoy being together while still having their own space in which to relax. The additional living room and kitchenette downstairs that lead to the pool area make the pool days even more enjoyable.

How is the property laid out?

Jane's at Werri is a modern two storey house with furnishings in beachy, neutral tones. Upstairs is the master king bedroom with ensuite, an additional king bedroom, a third bedroom with 2 singles and a shared bathroom. The generous open plan kitchen, living and dining area is generous and captures views of the ocean and the sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and induction cooktop and a large fridge. There is a European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.

In the open plan living and dining area there is a comfortable couch and wall mounted TV, and a dining table to seat eight. The sliding doors can be opened to capture the cool air from the ocean.

Downstairs there is an additional queen bedroom and bathroom, an additional living room, access to the pool area and deck. There is also a kitchenette with sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and additional coffee machine.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Jane's at Werri has great swimming pool for hot summer days, or for those wanting to swim laps. There is a large outdoor entertaining deck off the downstairs living area with sun lounges, covered area with seating, gas BBQ and bar table with views to the escarpment in the north west. Upstairs is a wrap around verandah with sheltered deck that captures easterly views to the ocean.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Jane's at Werri has reverse cycle air conditioners in the main living area upstairs and in each bedroom. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Secure garage parking for two cars in the garage as well as street parking.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
