NEW Exec Home in Germantown, OH

Brand new construction featuring 4 bedrooms, private rear yard, 2-car garage, and more! Located on a quiet cul de sac street, the home is furnished in modern decor. There is a 55 inch smart flat screen tv in every bedroom and a larger flat screen in the main living room. This home is meticulously maintained and we expect our guests to keep it in great shape. There is a 2nd floor laundry and 4 large bedrooms.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• NO pets are allowed.
• Must sign a 6 month lease with the right to cancel with 30 days notice. (this is an HOA rule, please inquire about it)

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
