« Only two complaints; air conditioning in our corridor was much too cold, and the bathroom had too few hooks. Otherwise… Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Humorous furniture and room keys. « The worst DoubleTree hotel. It is more likely an Inn. Stayed there for two nights during the weekend. The bar wasn't even open. No room service at the evening shift. They didn't provide blankets for the pullout sofa bed. Hotel carpet was dirty. »

« I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back.
