« I loved the waterfront even though the Geese are trying to leave a mess. It appears that the hotel is trying to stay on top of it. The room is very comfortable and I loved the view from it. The staff was very friendly. The only suggestion that I could make is perhaps give the chairs a really good cleaning. »

« Loved our stay here. Stayed 7 days with 7 people of 3 generations, plus one large dog. All of us had a ball. « Overall a beautiful cottage with water activities such as paddleboard and kayaks. Great swimming. Cottage was spotless. Well stocked kitchen. Drawbacks were #1. the numerous steps up to the cottage( but keeps you fit), and #2.the two beds in the loft were not comfortable for adults. But the view, the location to the many bays in the area by kayak, and the pleasure of watching boats cruise by at a distance, made the experience so enjoyable. Hope to come back!! »

« We had the best time at Chris’ property. The house was tidy, had all the supplies you could need and lots of seating for our group of 8. Chris was quick to respond to any questions and all instructions for the property were clear. The “party cave” was a great place to hang out in at night and the two hot tubs were well maintained and clean. Beautiful view of the water off the back deck. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back. »

« Beautiful little cottage on the water. Hosts have thought of everything including maps of the area, local restaurant menus, wood for the fire pit and everything you would need in the cottage. It is clean and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will plan to visit it again ourselves. »

« Family from Michigan had a great 4 night stay at this wonderful cottage on 12 Mile Bay. The view from the windows are great! Hummingbirds and Loons everywhere. Communication with the host was excellent and the cottage interior was wonderful for the family to enjoy meals and relax in the morning and the evening. We took a day trip to canoe to Moon River Falls – about 16Km drive away to rent canoes at Moon River Cottages (highly recommended). We also took another day trip to Parry Sound to explore...
