The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. « The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. « So glad I chose this lovely house. 10 out of 10 for the attention to detail provided by the hosts to ensure guests have a relaxed stay. Each room offers special touches and amenities.The cupboards were well stocked and instructions were easy to follow.
