« The room was as described and plenty of room for us while at a volleyball tournament. The host reached out each day to check on us and that was very nice. Messages were answered promptly. Just a note on the hotel itself and not the room or host but we did book here as we liked the restaurant being in the hotel along with Starbucks as we are on limited time with volleyball-but the restaurant was closed as was Starbucks so that was disappointing. But the room and host were excellent. Pet...

« Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do. »

« I brought my 4 children and my parents down for a couple days to get away before school starts. My 3 youngest children had never been to the beach before. The room, host, pool, lazy river; etc was perfect! We look forward to staying here again! »
