« Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here »

« Good service and clean. Check in and check out procedure are good and convenient for both ends. Very convenient for food, beaches. Maybe can consider a toaster. Maybe can also install mosquitos netting. »

« Worst homestay ever, modern scam. 2 room have no air conditioner. Everything about to rotten. Had to pay extra money for extra person, without giving extra pillow, blanket etc. No wonder its always available on to book. Toilet was worst. Towel smell like they never wash. Bad experience ever. »

« Unresponsive host. We tried to get check-in details the day before (Christmas Eve) but the host refused to answer despite us knowing he was getting our messages and calls. I had to get in touch with Stayz three times which was a nightmare as well because we got cut off a few times but they could not be bothered to call back so I had to call and start the chat all over again, they said things like the host normally gives instructions on the day itself, they've tried contacting the host themselves...

« Établissement très bien situé , à 8 km de la gare routière , à proximité de la gare de Komtar ( pour le bus 204 pour aller à Penang Hill ) , pas loin de ferry pour Langkawi. La suite était très bien agencée , spacieuse et confortable. Le ménage était très bien fait . Le personnel est très sympathique et pro . Le lit confortable et agréable. »

They are so helpful and extend the extra miles to even check for us luggage storage at the airport and at Queensbay Mall »
