Welcome to stay at my accommodation!

This house is perfect for families and/or friends. It is located strategically in the middle of the whole Penang island with vibrant urban setting. The condominium has a lot of facilities (as shown in the pictures), such as three (3) swimming pools, fully equipped gym, and many more. Do bring along your swimming attire and/or sport wears. It’s a perfect place for a staycation as well.
The space
The entire house is fully air-conditioned to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.
- The 1st bedroom, has 1 queen-sized bed (for 2 pax)
- The 2nd bedroom, has 1 queen-sized bed (for 2 pax)
- Living room, has 1 sofa bed (= 1 single-sized bed) (for 1 pax)
- There will be TWO bathroom, with fully provided with body wash, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc

With this 2-bedroom house, it can accommodate up to 5 guests, providing ample space for everyone to relax.

NUMBER OF PAX
- Please book with the correct number of pax, due to the beds will be arranged according to the number of pax stated during the booking

PARKING
- There will be a FREE PARKING for one car, however additional car park may be provided upon request *subject to availability

PET FRIENDLY
- Pets are welcome. I never had pet that smoked in house, stole the towels, played loud music, or got drunk and broke our furniture. So, they are always welcome to stay at my accommodation 
- However, please note that they are additional pet fee, to fully clean up their fur and sanitise everything for the next guest. I want every of my guest to have a pleasant stay.

ESSENTIALS
You'll find all the essentials for a delightful vacation. This house is well-equipped with the following daily essentials:
- High-speed WiFi (500mpbs)
- Smart TV with Netflix Premium & YouTube Premium (account provided)
- Water heater and strong water pressure in all bathrooms
- Quality mattress and pillows
- Towels, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste etc are provided
- Iron and ironing board are provided
- Cleaning supplies, such as broom, vacuum cleaner, water bucket, mop, brushes, cleaning detergents etc are provided
- Emergency Kit and Fire extinguisher are provided
- Quality electrical kettle and fridge are provided
- For the 2-bedroom unit and the 3-bedroom unit: Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Induction cooker, Hood, Utensils, Bowls, Plates, Cutleries in the kitchen.

Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN
- The check-in time is 3pm, however if you wish to check-in earlier, please feel free to contact me. I will try my best to accommodate and arranged to clean up the house earlier. *It is subject to availability

OTHER HOUSE RULES
- Only light cooking is allowed, NO deep-frying food or preparing multi-course meals.
- No smoking
- No house parties, no sex parties
- No drugs, no illegal activities
- No durian or other strong pungent food
- No dangerous or hazardous items allowed
- No shoes inside the house
