La Vedetta will welcome you with a beautiful private garden overlooking the sea, a patio perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners during the summer months, and a panoramic outdoor terrace where you can sunbathe or relax in the shade of olive trees. Inside, you will find a cozy living room, equipped with a sofa bed and an evocative pellet stove for winter evenings. From the living room, you access the kitchen, which shines in the retro style of the 1950s, creating a unique and fascinating atmosphere that harmoniously blends with the surrounding environment. Also on the lower floor, you will find a bathroom with a spacious tiled shower, furnished with an antique sewing machine converted into an original sink. Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished in a fresh style, mainly with wooden or bamboo furniture, and offers breathtaking sea views. The outdoor spaces include storage rooms and a laundry room for added convenience during your stay. The entire apartment features parquet floors, including the bathroom, and has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and surveillance cameras in the garden to ensure your comfort and security. A traditional barbecue is available, the use of which must be prearranged for safety reasons.

Guest access:
The house is accessed through a shared courtyard with the adjacent house. Guests will have access to the entire property, the patio, and the use of the terraced garden for exclusive and total privacy. Please note that the outdoor area where the tool shed is located is off-limits, and access is not allowed.

Other things to note:
La Vedetta is a semi-detached house, accessible via a drivable Crêuza (alley) on a motorbike (or suitable for small cars such as a Smart for Two) and has dedicated parking adjacent to the property (any use must be agreed upon at the time of booking). From the main road, where free street parking is easily available, it is about a 250-meter walk, the last 20 of which are uphill. Located just 9 km from the historic center of Genoa and 6 km from the nearest beaches, this property is perfect for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature, as well as hiking enthusiasts who want to explore the surrounding trails.
