Welcome to Pink Skies Landing, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath lake getaway located directly across the street from Powers Lake! Sleeping up to 8 guests, this single-level home combines a bright, modern interior with an incredibly convenient lake location. Walk across the street to the public park, sandy beach, designated swimming area, and shoreline, then be back home in minutes.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully renovated with a relaxed, upscale lake-house feel. The modern kitchen offers plenty of counter and cabinet space for preparing meals, while the separate dining room gives everyone a comfortable place to gather around the table. Just off the kitchen, the spacious living room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, large smart TV, and wet bar, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.

One of our favorite spaces is the bright sunroom, surrounded by windows and finished with a warm wood ceiling. Enjoy your morning coffee with views toward Powers Lake, settle in for a movie, or simply relax while the rest of the group spreads out between the home's multiple gathering spaces.

Sleeping arrangements make Pink Skies Landing an ideal choice for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, sleeping four. A separate half bathroom includes a front-loading washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outside, enjoy the furnished patio, outdoor dining area, and fire table while taking in views toward the lake. Best of all, the public lakefront park is directly across the street. Pack a picnic, spend the afternoon on the sandy beach, cool off in the roped swimming area, or simply relax by the water without ever needing to get in the car.

Want to spend the day out on Powers Lake? Rent a boat from Uncle Ed's BBQ or bring your own. The public boat launch is just 0.3 miles down the road, about a 1-minute drive, and the driveway is large enough to accommodate a boat on a trailer. Please note, there is no private dock or boat slip at the property.

The home includes Wi-Fi-enabled smart TVs. No cable is provided.

For security purposes, exterior security cameras are present on the property. No parties are allowed. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age, and persons under 25 may not occupy the property unless accompanied by someone over 25.

After booking, guests will be required to provide their email address to sign an electronic guest rental agreement. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests allowed in the home.
