« The property location is amazing and the staff is top notch. Rooms are somewhat dated and not the deepest clean (e.g. the fridge in our room was very dusty). Overall would recommend. »

« Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel »

« The staff was absolutely fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Was with my family of 5, and it was a really good option for us. Pool and hot tub were great. They keep both at a very nice temperature - pool is warm and hot tub is hot (probably 103° or so). Breakfast was good. Right next to a Kwik Trip which was also a nice perk. »

« We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. »

« It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use. »

« We love the view from the hotel, and you can't have a better location. The staff is very nice and helpful. There was no restaurant but it is supposed to open in June. Some of the rooms seem to be in need of an upgrade. My mattress was lumpy and the heat/air unit was noisy. »

« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »
