This condo is located within a private residential community, and we want both our guests and neighbors to have a great experience.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM
• No pets
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Pool and beach are use at your own risk; no lifeguard is present
• Children must be supervised near the pool, beach, pier, and water
• Please be respectful of neighbors and shared community spaces

Guests & Quiet Hours
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Only registered overnight guests are permitted unless approved by the host.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, indoors and outdoors. Please keep noise and music low out of respect for our neighbors.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Smoking & Pets
- Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the condo and throughout the building.
- Please do not discard cigarette butts on the grounds, beach, or in planters.
- Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Airbnb`s service animal and accessibility policies apply.

Pool, Beach & Pier Safety
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult in shared amenity areas and may not use exercise equipment.
- Pool hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. No lifeguard is on duty.
- No diving, running, or glass around the pool or patio.
- Please rinse sand off before entering the pool or building. A hose is located on the east side of the patio.
- For your safety, do not swim in the lake when whitecaps are present.
- Stay within the pier railings. No climbing, dangling, or jumping from the pier, rocks, or breakwall.

Parking & Common Areas
- Maximum of 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Golf carts count as vehicles.
- Boats, campers, and trailers are not permitted.
- Keep balcony railings clear. Do not sit on, climb, or hang towels or clothing from them.
- Hallways must remain clear. Bikes and equipment may only be secured to the outdoor racks near the east-side entrance.
- Candles and open flames are not permitted inside the condo or building.

Trash & Shared Amenities
- Please do not leave garbage in common areas or use lobby, pool, or patio bins for household trash.
- The designated dumpster is located inside the fenced area on the east side of the parking lot and is available for your use during your stay.
- Shared grills, fire pits, beach chairs, and patio furniture are available for guest use. Please clean up after use and return items to their designated locations.

Property Care
- Please treat the condo and shared amenities with care and report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
- The property is for residential lodging only. No commercial activities, events, or subletting.

Before Checkout
- Turn off lights and securely close and lock all windows and doors.
- Please remember to take your personal belongings.
