Waterkant - Finnish sauna, terrace, garden furniture, e-bike charging station

The fully equipped holiday home "Waterkant" is approximately 90 m² and offers space for up to four adults and three children. It extends over two floors, and a beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is within easy walking distance.
The stylish kitchen features high-quality appliances and a dining table. The cozy living room with a dining area for all guests invites you to enjoy convivial game nights with the available games. You can relax on the sofa, watch an entertaining film on the flat-screen TV, or read one of the books provided.
The modern bathroom with natural light is equipped with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. There is no toilet in this room; this is available in a separate room.
Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also offers a king-size double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed. The lower level (140 x 200 cm) sleeps two children, while the upper level (90 x 200 cm) accommodates another child. A safety rail ensures the safety of our younger guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, a reading chair, and a flat-screen TV.
The hallway offers ample space for storing clothes and luggage. A highchair, a travel cot, and a step stool are available for our younger guests.
The holiday home features a large garden and a secluded terrace. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air at breakfast or spend memorable barbecue evenings. Relax on the sun loungers under the parasol and enjoy the last days of summer.
On cooler days, a private Finnish sauna is available in the shed.
A free parking space is provided in front of the property. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public car park, located just a few meters from the house. You can store your bicycles in the lockable shed, where there is also a charging station for e-bikes.
At the nearby beach, you'll find a public playground and a surf school, ensuring a particularly exciting holiday. The "Waterkant" holiday home is the perfect base for your beach vacation, water sports, or long walks through the Geltinger Birk nature reserve.
