No pets allowed

No smoking anywhere on the property, including patios, balconies, and all common areas.



You will have access to an indoor heated pool, but there is not access to a hot tub.



All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit.
