Gearhart House guest have access to an indoor heated pool, exercise room, and hot tub.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**



All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING units. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party.

There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit.
