At the heart of the flat is the living room with a large corner sofa bed, which doubles as a comfortable double bed at night. A dining table with six chairs has been placed by the window - ideal for shared meals or evening board games. Next to it is a TV with terrestrial TV, and from the living room you can access a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet estate overgrown with birch trees. The surrounding greenery creates an atmosphere of peace and serenity, conducive to morning coffee, reading or evening relaxation with a glass of wine. The kitchenette impresses with its wooden finish and is fully equipped: an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge-freezer and a set of dishes and utensils allow you to prepare both a quick breakfast and a more complex meal.
