The 29 m² interior combines elegant marble-inspired details, warm wood, burgundy accents and decorative patterns. A distinctive feature of the apartment is the freestanding bathtub, which creates an intimate bathing area. The apartment is suitable for couples, solo travellers and business guests. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.



The Space:

The apartment combines a sleeping area with spaces for relaxation and dining. It features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, as well as a Smart TV with access to cable channels. Guests also have a dining table with chairs at their disposal. The windows overlook a quiet street.



The functional kitchenette is finished in a deep burgundy shade, complemented by a wooden countertop and marble-inspired patterns. It is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and basic utensils needed to prepare their own meals. For added convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



A distinctive feature of the interior is the freestanding bathtub located in a bright, open bathing area beside the windows. Next to it is a separate bathroom area divided by a glass partition and equipped with a spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead, washbasin, decorative mirror, toilet and heated towel rail. Marble-inspired patterns, black-and-white details and warm metallic fittings give the space an elegant, boutique character. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic toiletries set including shower gel, shampoo and soap are provided.



A wardrobe in the hallway offers space for storing personal belongings.
