« Amazing hotel and exceptional service!
Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back!

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« The property and room was newer and clean. Staff at check in pretty much ignored me when I first arrived leaving me standing there waiting. Upon check in I was informed of a nightly parking fee that wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation. I complained about it and the response was just “I don’t make the rules.”
I will not be staying here again and recommend others to find somewhere else that doesn’t charge hidden fees. Don’t let extra fees be the new trend for hotels in Pigeon Forge. »
