« Front desk staff was rude and dismissive (those that checked us in). Also we booked and said we would pay in full on arrival. They did ask for a credit card to hold reservation but would charge nothing until we got there. When I mentioned that at check in she said that was not true and had charged the first night to my card! The view of stream was great. Parking was not good »

« The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down. »

« Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony.
