We had a great stay here. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Everything as described in the listing. Communication with the host was great. The only downside if I had to pick one was that there is construction going on in some of the houses around it, but this is beyond the control of the host. Views of the mountain were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The house itself is really beautiful and has a great layout, plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It felt comfortable right away and worked really well for our group.The view was absolutely amazing and honestly one of the best parts of the stay. We spent so much time just sitting and taking it in, it really made the whole experience.The location is ideal, close to everything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but still quiet enough to feel like you’re getting away. That balance is hard to find and this place nails it.The amenities were a big plus and made it easy to enjoy both downtime at the house and time out exploring. Overall, it’s a great property and you can tell a lot of thought went into making it a place guests would enjoy.We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This has probably been the best VRBO experience I have ever had and I have been renting since 2019. The place is gorgeous, super clean, the hosts were responsive, the views are magnificent. Loved it. Would gladly book again if we are in town.

The cabin was just as beautiful as it was described. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The bedrooms were wonderful with comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were all very nice. Blake, our host, was nice and made checking in seamless. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Viewtopia is a slice of Smoky Mountains heaven. Perched on top of a beautiful perch with breathtaking views and modern comforts - it is a great property to enjoy for a family or 2-3 couples.Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as well as all the splendor that is Smoky Mountains National Park- your central to it all yet feel like your in your own quiet retreat from it all.The deck, pool table, and hot tub are great for unwinding at the end of the day too.Blake is a great host and is extremely knowledgeable and responsive from beginning to end.I came with my wife, sister in law and brother in law and we had a wonderful time.Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place with amazing views... this is it! Watching the sky and clouds change around you is so beautiful!Very clean and cozy. My wife and I loved it and if we stay in the area again, there is no reason to stay anywhere else. It had everything we needed as a couple!

The cabin is beautiful and we appreciated the two master bedrooms on the first floor. The design works well for families. The view from the back deck is amazing. We had great communication too. The only wish would be better cleanliness. To be fair, our group is very clean/organized so our expectations may have been high. Here is what we noticed: The towels had bleach stains on them. There were several dead bugs behind the tubs, in the corners etc. There was a pair of underwear under the upstairs bedroom left from a previous guest. Overall, this is a beautiful place to be. If we were to return, we would do a light clean upon arrival and also bring our own towels. The location is wonderful. We were able to see bears twice and had an easy time getting to town. With a few updates/routines, this place would easily be a 10/10.

The View…

Everything about this vacation from start to finish was so easy and stress free! Blake was wonderful to work with and very responsive from the start. The cabin was beautiful, clean and exactly like the description. The view… The view was amazing! So beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect for us. We were able to see a bear in the driveway and a few on the drive up and down the mountain. There was 7 of us that stayed and it was more than enough room. Our family has stayed in many cabins over the years and I would highly recommend this one. We will definitely rent this one again!

The views are absolutely amazing! The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Close to town, but with mountain roads that made the trip down a little longer. Heed the bear warnings! Loved to see them though!
