The condo will be 100% occupied by you! There is ample parking on the ground level for 2 vehicles. You can walk up 1 flight of stairs or hop on one of 2 elevators to your room on the first floor. Luggage carts are available on the ground floor next to each elevator.

You will have 2 free parking spaces on the premise. You can easily walk anywhere downtown Gatlinburg with our convenient location. Uber & Lift are also available in the area.

There are electric vehicle chargers located just across the street at Bennet`s BBQ.
The unit is located right next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram station for quick and easy access to excellent skiing and snowboarding slopes.
Please be respectful of our space. Absolutely NO smoking is permitted in the unit. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premise. This is not a personal rule, rather a condo/HOA bylaw. If you are seen with your pet, security will notify the HOA and you will be asked to leave.
