  • Welcome to Aspen Lodge & Birch Lodge by AvantStay! These two homes sit just steps from one another in the scenic hills above Gatlinburg, with a combined total of 10 bedrooms, sleeping up to 23 guests—an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out while staying close.

Set against the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains, both homes offer easy access to the best of the area—from the hiking trails and scenic drives of Great Smoky Mountains National Park to the attractions, dining, and entertainment of downtown Gatlinburg and nearby Pigeon Forge. Whether you're planning days outdoors or exploring local favorites like Ober Mountain and Dollywood, you’ll have the perfect home base to return to—complete with mountain views, expansive decks, and built-in entertainment across both properties.

    Aspen Lodge
Perched above the surrounding landscape, Aspen Lodge invites you to slow down and take in sweeping views from three levels of decks. Warm wood interiors, large windows, and a classic stone fireplace create a welcoming lodge atmosphere, while spacious living areas make it easy for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen simplifies group meals, and thoughtful touches like a washer and dryer add convenience to longer stays.

Entertainment spans every level of the home, from a dedicated movie room to a game room with a pool table and arcade. For relaxation, guests can enjoy the sauna, take a dip in the covered indoor pool, or unwind in the hot tub overlooking the hills. Outdoor living shines here as well, with an outdoor fireplace, ample seating, and a firepit below—perfect for evenings under the stars. Aspen Lodge comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including four king bedrooms and a flexible upper-level room with two twins and a queen.

    Birch Lodge
Built into the mountainside, Birch Lodge offers a striking retreat with stunning forest views and unique architectural details throughout. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the main living space with natural light, while rustic design elements—like an antler chandelier and a tree trunk extending through multiple levels—create a memorable sense of place. The open layout, complete with a grand stone fireplace and comfortable seating, makes it easy to gather and unwind.

With five bedrooms and space for up to 11 guests, the home is designed for both comfort and entertainment. A game room with a pool table and arcade games invites friendly competition, while the theater room—with its large screen and cinema-style seating—is perfect for movie nights. The indoor pool and hot tub offer a private oasis, and the sauna provides a quiet space to recharge. Outside, three spacious decks with ample seating, including a hanging egg chair and bench swing, offer peaceful spots to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Together, Aspen Lodge & Birch Lodge create a dynamic Smoky Mountain stay—blending comfort, space, and elevated amenities for an unforgettable group getaway.
