A truly romantic one-bedroom cabin with lots to offer.

This newly renovated historic cabin has a screened-in porch with beautiful woodsy views and lots of places to lounge.

Step onto the back deck and fire up the BBQ grill or take a dip in the hot tub.

Inside, you'll find a cozy atmosphere, thoughtfully designed for couples seeking a romantic escape.

The bedroom has a King-size bed.

The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen bed.

There is a full bathroom with a shower and a separate contemporary tub off the living room.

A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.

A quick 7-minute drive from exciting Downtown Gatlinburg, where you can explore the lively streets, attractions, and restaurants.

I highly recommend The Greenbriar Restaurant for a romantic dinner. Located just down the hill from the cabin.

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just a 15-minute drive away, offering great hiking and views.

Spring, Summer, and Autumn enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.

The cabin is a lovely spot for firefly sightings in the summer months. You can also drive up to Elkmont in late May or early June to witness the mesmerizing synchronized fireflies.

Seeing black bears in the Spring/Summer,/Fall months is highly probable. They are very common in our neighborhood!

Great weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay! This is little is the perfect getaway. We actually had a different weekend booked but my daughters needed up having a basketball tournament and JJ was there to help me get the dates changed! Communication and accommodations are a 10/10!! He made sure everything was perfect before our arrival and checked on us during our stay. The cabin is the perfect stay for a couple. The bathtub was my favorite! The only downfall was we didn’t get to see any bears during our stay.

Perfect Couple’s Cabin

We loved this little cabin! Great location - just a short drive from the Gatlinburg strip. Everything worked properly and was just as presented in the listing. Very clean and well kept. Didn’t see any bears this trip.

Look a Bear

Every morning out we saw the momma bear with her two cubs. Evenings we were lucky enough to see the papa bear at least once. Enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!!

Bears, Bears, Bears!

The property is perfect for a two person getaway. There is a nice pullout couch but three would be a crowd. This cabin is far enough up the mountain that you forget that there is a thriving town just a few minutes away. The property is so quiet that a family of bears roamed the area for our entire trip. The bears came and sat in the driveway while we watched from the enclosed porch. Hot tub was nice, clean and there has definitely been recent updates to the cabin. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay.

Hi JJ. We had a great stay at your cabin. One of the best we've had for sure. Note we had a Mama Bear and her cub on the back deck....and they decided to eat your deck, going after the larva or so we are told. Note we had no food on the back deck, nor did we grill out, but stayed for about 13 minutes. I have a video on my phone that is too large but attempting to figure our how to send. Stay tuned..hopefully. Thanks again. We'll be back.

Weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely weekend at the Firefly Haven! The location was perfect! All of the amenities were wonderful. The only thing I could have enjoyed was a wood fireplace. The fireplace just had candles to burn underneath but it was still nice. I could understand for safety reasons as well. We did get a chance to see mama bear and her 3 cubs which topped off our stay! Thank you again for the great cabin!

Use the hot tub instead

Our stay at Firefly Haven was not entirely enjoyable. Although the location in Gatlinburg was convenient, the place provided what we needed, not what we wanted. The accommodation was clean, but we were disappointed to find that the claimed fireplace was not functional. Additionally, the photos depict a romantic bathtub for two, which my partner and I cherished during our honeymoon two decades ago. We were looking forward to reliving those fond memories on our anniversary, but unfortunately, the bathtub was not functional. I reached out to the host to report the issue, and he suggested that we use the hot tub instead. When I sought clarification, he assured me he would get back soon. Now, two days since we returned home, his silence is deafening. His lack of truthfulness, or perhaps integrity, has left a bitter taste. We've decided that in the future, we'll steer clear of any properties hosted by JJ Harvey.

Perfect little hideaway!

We loved this cabin! We loved the location and we loved the hot tub! Our only complaints were the musty/sewage smell in the bathroom and the bed. The slats under the bed frame were not placed correctly so when I sat on the bed the mattress fell through the frame, when we adjusted the slats and laid the mattress back down a leg came off the bed frame making the entire bed fall to the floor. Plus the mattress itself sagged in the middle while sleeping; we have a memory foam mattress like this at home and purchased a metal “box spring” and we no longer have this saggy issue - just a suggestion :) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your little cabin!!

Great location ! Horrible Bed…

Our family of 3 stayed during the Christmas holiday the home is beautiful, completely remodeled and looks like the pics posted. The biggest issue is the bed! If you have two adults sleeping in the bed, you sink and roll into the middle of the bed. There is no support from the mattress, the owners should truly think about replacing it. If you are a heavier individual ,it would not work for your accommodations. It is a true downside after you have spent a great evening in town or out in the hot tub, there is no place to relax. Other things to keep in mind which wasn’t so bad for us is there is not a washer/dryer or iron in the home. Also the home is located on a steep part of a mountain and only one way up/down if you have a larger vehicle something to keep in mind. Overall a great place,would love to stay again but would not due to the sleeping accommodations. Would recommend to upgrade the mattress and bed , invest a little more in the bed.

Amazing!

My husband and I had a wonderful week! The cabin was adorable, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Close to so many activities but far enough away to enjoy some privacy as well. The property owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had such a wonderful week!!!
