-Pet fee is strictly for one dog /cat only! If you bring more than one pet, you will be charged an extra $200 on top of the standard $100 fee.
-Local fire codes restrict the use of fireplaces in April through September.
-You may encounter wildlife; we do have a neighborhood bear that will come during bear season. Don't leave food in your car, on decks and grills. If you want to go outside and there is a bear outside, make loud noises they will leave. And remember you are surrounded by nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it's not unusual for small animals to be heard around the house or bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won't return.
-The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between stays
-The drive to the cabin is steep and windy in areas. 4-wheel drive is necessary ONLY during winter weather
-Cabin is 4.7 miles from the parkway to Gatlinburg
-2 vehicles will fit in the driveway
-We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, dishwasher pods
