    Free parking. Pull straight up to your front door. Very convenient not having to use an elevator. Enjoy the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains in Downtown Gatlinburg! We are approximately 500ft from the main parkway. Park your car once and walk to all of downtown. *** Please Note: The elevator in the Quality Inn tower, which typically provides access from our parking lot to the main street level, is currently out of service. At this time, the only way to reach our building is via our driveway, which can be accessed by vehicle or on foot. Please be aware that the walk may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns.***

The condo was nicely, renovated, and quite clean when we arrived. The location is just a short driveway, walk down to the main road. Easy access to all of Gatlinburg‘s restaurants, retail shopping, activities.

It is close to everything in Gatlinburg! Park your car and walk! There is a little hill but it is good exercise! Place was quiet, well appointed, on the first floor and just as described. We enjoyed our weekend.

Words do not describe how immaculate this rental is!!!!!!! Yes, newly remodeled, so clean you could definitely eat off the floor. Everything you need (supply wise). As close to everything downtown as you can get. Pull right up to the place and walk in. Leia was a pleasure to deal with even after a last-minute change to the reservation. Plenty of room, beds are perfect, two (2) outdoor patios. Pool and hot tub are wonderful for meeting new friends. Everyone we talked to enjoyed the complex as much as we did. WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!!

The place is awesome!! We loved how close we were to the Parkway. We saw a bear in the backyard. Our stay was one of the best times we’ve ever had. Thank you for sharing your amazing place.

Just finished our stay in this wonderful condo. Great location convenient to downtown. Very responsive owner and communication was quick and helpful. Condo is comfortable and had everything we needs. Beds were awesome. We will be back to stay here again.

Location and room was exactly as described. It was perfect for a girls trip. Host was very quick to respond and very pleasant. The only downside was that we could not enjoy the patio do to two bears that returned both days during breafast and dinner. Otherwise wounderful weekend.

The property was very cool and clean when we arrived . It was hot outside so the cool air already for us was a pleasant surprise. The location was great and we didn’t have to travel very far to get to anything. Having my elderly mother with me and having a bottom floor unit was a plus for us. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean . Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean condo with a great location. The only code side was that we were not aware the elevator to get to ground level was still out of service which meant having to drive down and park in town- which defeats the purpose of staying at this location! Nicely decorated condo and would stay at it again if the elevator was working to get to ground level!

Weekend competition

We were staying in Gatlinburg for my daughter's pageant and dance competition. We really enjoyed the condo: great location, clean rooms, and plenty of space. The place was exactly like the pictures, and the check-in process was super easy. It was very convenient for this place to be on the ground floor...no elevators or stairs needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Stopover in Gatlinburg on the way home.

We have visited the area for 10 years but never stayed ‘downtown’. Loved being walking distance to everything. This property was amazing. Very well done and high end renovations were abundantly obvious. Not just clean but everything looked new. Very, very pleased with our stay.

Perfect getaway in the Smokies

Absolute gem of a property! Location is 10 stars plus! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, ultra clean, modern, well maintained! Water pressure is absolutely clutch in this place is 100%, I would highly recommend this condominium in Gatlinburg over most! It's a must stay!!

LOCATION LOCATION

Best location in Gatlinburg. We always love staying here, even when the elevator went out and we had to walk up the hill. The only thing I would suggest would be a Lined Curtain in the bedroom to keep the cold wind out during the winter.

Wonderful Stay

This is the perfect location overall. Very close to downtown walking. Very convenient. Very easy parking. Everything inside is brand new and updated. You absolutely will not be disappointed staying here. Owner is very responsive to answer questions. Overall our stay was an absolute 10 out of 10.

Great location! It is in the middle, walking distance, from everything good in Gatlingburg. We went to a wood cabin located on the outskirts of gatlingburg and it was astonishing, beautiful, but we considered the pros and cons and we will rather get this apartment in the middle of the action; than a gorgeous cabin that needs a car to get to the action. ***extra amenity- we had a morning visitor (huge black bear) right outside the sliding door. A little worrying at first but nothing happened and he kept minding his business.

Nice condo very comfortable. Steep driveway a challenge to walk up and down. We have stayed at Summit Manor condos many times over the years. This is the first year the outside elevator (which takes you down to street level), wasn’t working. But, the owner let us know that going in. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. Over all very nice stay.

Excellent property. We love staying here for comfort, cleanliness, privacy, and location. However, the elevator to street level is out of order and created an extreme hazard for walking to and from the condo. Even without a stroller and young children, the hill is just too steep and narrow to navigate safely on foot. We found ourselves changing our plans to account for going up and down that hill. The street level elevator is not owned by the Summit Manor condo, so repair is out of their control; this is a shame because the property is otherwise perfect.
