PET-FREE PROPERTY

Our cabin maintains a strict no-pets policy, including emotional support animals (ESAs), except where accommodation is required by applicable law or Airbnb's Accessibility Policy.

While we love furry friends, we maintain this policy to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Pet amenities and supplies are not provided.

Qualifying service animals are welcome in accordance with Airbnb's Accessibility Policy, as service animals are not considered pets.

WILDLIFE AND MOUNTAIN LIVING

Black bears are part of the Smoky Mountain environment and may occasionally pass through the neighborhood. Always observe wildlife from a safe distance, secure food and trash, and never approach or feed bears.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sound carries outdoors, so voices and music must be kept especially low on the balconies and around the hot tub after 10:00 PM.
