The home sits high above Gatlinburg on a steep, winding mountain road, so allow extra time on winter drives. Groceries are 20 to 30 minutes away. Fresh linens, towels and starter toiletries are provided; bring your own cooking oil and spices.



Guest Access:

Guests have full run of Builtmore 2 — all five levels, the indoor heated pool, both hot tubs, the game room, and the rooftop Summit deck are yours for the stay. A handful of owner/housekeeping closets are locked and off-limits; everything else is included.



Check-in is fully self-service: a keypad on the front door gives you a unique code valid for your whole reservation — no key pickup, no coordinating arrival times.

A car is recommended to easily access the home and explore the area. Free parking is available at the property for multiple vehicles.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available if the house is ready — we'll typically confirm the night before — for $100 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or $50 after 1:00 PM.



Fresh towels, linens, and starter toiletries are provided at the start of your stay; a washer and dryer are on-site if you need to restock mid-trip, though detergent isn't included. Maximum occupancy is 22 registered guests, and dogs are welcome. All confirmed guests must submit a valid ID and sign our rental agreement through our secure booking software.
