OUTDOOR OASIS

Experience two levels of private outdoor living designed for ultimate relaxation and mountain immersion.

🍸 Upper Balcony: Offers stunning foliage views. Unwind in the outdoor seating area, perfect for morning coffee or enjoy evening drinks at the cocktail table.

♨️ Lower Balcony: Soothe your muscles in the private hot tub or enjoy additional seating.

Both decks are outfitted with ambient lighting, creating a warm, inviting glow for late-night stargazing.

🔥 FIRE PIT: Gather around the fire pit for an authentic mountain evening. With comfortable seating for six and a starter s'mores kit provided, it’s the ideal spot for storytelling and fireside treats under the stars.







OTHER DETAILS

• Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement and point-of-contact form to e-sign for liability purposes

• Security Deposit: There is a $200 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart,

• Safety: Equipped smoke alarm and CO detectors, and fire extinguisher.

• Rental Age Policy: Family groups only, ages 21+.

• Pets: Two dogs max with approval and $200 pet fee/ per dog. We use a site "PetScreening" to manage all four-legged guests. While we only allow dogs, a profile and a pet fee are required for each one joining you. (Note: Pet fees and registration are not required for service animals).

• Policies: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events.

• Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

• Max Occupancy: 10 guests total. No subletting or reassigning allowed.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 cars.

• Cell Service: Due to the mountain location, reception may occasionally be spotty.



Arrival & Departure Policies

• Check-in Time: 4 PM

• Check-out Time: 10 AM



Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):

• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) — $50 fee (request 24 hrs in advance). Fully refunded if home is not ready by 2PM.

• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) — $50 fee for one extra hour of vacation.
