Welcome to your Dolly-inspired, three-level mountain escape - where the beds are big, the views are bigger, and your stay is just as memorable as the getaway. Here`s what to expect on each floor:

Main Floor: Vinyl, Views & Good Vibes

Your home base for gathering, relaxing, and kicking off the fun.

* Living room with plush seating, smart TV, a cozy two-person workspace, and a record station with a collection of vinyl to set the mood
* Dining table seats 6, plus 6 bar stools at the island for a total of 12—so everyone eats together
* Fully equipped kitchen, including:
A combo coffee maker that brews K-Cups and ground coffee in a full-size carafe
* Coffee Bar with flavored syrups & powdered creamers
* Gas cooktop, oven, microwave, blender, mixer, air fryer, and even Dolly’s cookbook
* Two king bedrooms, one with a private reading nook for those early morning or late-night escapes
* Shared bathroom with double vanity
* Laundry room with washer + dryer

Back deck with:
* Hot tub for mountain soaking

* Karaoke corner with a stage and 2 mics. Snap a pic with the queen herself while belting your heart out to “9 to 5” as our karaoke corner lets you share the stage with Dolly.

* Trolley stop less than a mile away connects you to both the Gatlinburg strip and Pigeon Forge, so you can explore without the stress of parking
* Only 20 minutes to Dollywood

We go beyond standard vacation rentals by using professional cleaners who follow the same rigorous protocols as high-end hotels. Every linen, towel, and bedding item is laundered at a professional facility, never washed in-house, to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and care. Professional laundering eliminates bacteria, allergens, and residues far better than home washing machines, giving guests (especially families and those with sensitive skin) peace of mind that linens are sanitized to commercial standards. Guest access
Guests have full access to all three floors of the home, including the theater room, hot tub, decks, game areas, and karaoke stage. You’ll receive a unique code for self check-in, and a separate code for Dolly’s Corner Store—our locked mini marketplace with snacks, essentials, and meals available for purchase.

We’ll send all the check-in details before your stay, but once you arrive, the place is all yours.

* Sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably across 3 floors

* No pets allowed—as much as we love fur babies, we keep it allergy-friendly

* No smoking (but feel free to enjoy the fresh mountain air outside)

*This isn’t a party house—karaoke encouraged, but quiet hours respected

* A professional cleaning team preps the home before every stay

*Driveway parking for up to 3 full-size vehicles

* You’ll get access to our digital guest book with everything you need to know.

* Dolly’s Corner Store items are available for purchase (not included with stay)

* Hot tub rules: No glass, no food, no diving (obviously), and no unsupervised children.

* Jungle gym is for guests under 125 lbs
