Welcome to Nuttin' Better, a modern mountain retreat perfectly located just 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg — close to attractions, dining, and shopping, yet tucked away for privacy and peaceful mountain views.

With 4 bedrooms plus two bunk areas (loft and game room), this cabin sleeps up to 12 guests, with a private hot tub, game room, theater, and spacious hangout areas for the whole family and friends.

Located in the Chalet Village community, we are just 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Dollywood.

Guests will have access to everything inside and outside of the cabin.

Four Private Master Suites
This home features four private king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath — ideal for multiple couples or families traveling together.

- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with king bed and spa-style bath
- Main level: 2 bedrooms, each with king bed and en-suite bath (one bathroom also opens to the living area)
- Downstairs: 1 bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath

Open-Concept Living
Large open living room and kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows and mountain views. Gas fireplace (shut off seasonally, April through September/October). Multiple decks for outdoor lounging.

Outdoor Living
Hot tub, 3-level decks with seating, gas grill, and a fire pit for evening s'mores. The Chalet Village community offers a seasonal public pool, tennis courts, and access to the Chalet Village North Clubhouse.

Pet Policy: Dogs only — $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay, up to 2 dogs. Dogs must be potty-trained, over 2 years old, and under 35 lbs. Dogs may not be left in the cabin alone unless crated.

Because we're in the mountains, there is always a possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin, on the porch, or in the yard. Please be careful not to leave food, drinks, coolers, trash, or similar items outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife.
