*PointersPeak* cabin is a newly built modern luxury cabin that was completed in June 2022. It is located in Chalet Village North and offers both stunning views and privacy, while also being close to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin features 4 bedrooms, each with a magnificent king bed, closet, and a full private bathroom. The rooms have an open and fresh feel to them. The cabin also features an open living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Guests can enjoy cooking meals in the comfort of the cabin and the adjacent dining area is perfect for family dinners, or gatherings with friends. Out on our deck, you will find additional seating/dining area, along with a hot tub to enjoy the scenic views.

Upstairs, the spacious game room has high ceilings, a pool table, arcade games, a large 65-inch flat-screen TV, and various board games to provide entertainment for everyone in the group. The cabin has Wi-Fi access throughout, so guests can stay connected and stream content on their devices, or any one of the 6 flat-screen TVs. Here you will also find a comfortable Queen size futon and a selfie wall for those insta-worthy memories. (Tag us at Pointers_Peak).

For your added convenience, the cabin comes with the following:

* High-speed mesh wifi running at over 500MB.
* Charging stations next to each bedside and multiple USB charging outlets throughout the cabin.
* Each room has a ceiling fan, in addition to central air that you have control over during your stay.
* Ample parking for 4-5 cars both next to the cabin and across the road by the fence. (Keep in mind this is an active roadway, so please be respectful of our neighbor's need to pass while parking)
* You also get the privilege of enjoying all of the amenities of the Chalet Village Owners Club such as access to the clubhouse and its 3 pools, (plus 2 children's pools), tennis courts, etc. These amenities are seasonal so please check in advance of booking your stay. Pool Generally Close after Labor Day

Please read the following before booking our cabin. This is our family cabin and we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

General:

* We provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 Laundry pods, and some soaps in each bathroom. You may need to buy more for the duration of your stay
* We provide a selection of coffee's/teas/sweeteners/creamers in our stocked coffee bar. We hope you like them, but feel free to purchase your preference if we have not met your needs
* On the morning of your arrival, we will message you with check-in details, including your unique door access code.
* Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs or early check-ins.
* We require that the primary guest must sign a rental agreement upon booking and follow all house rules

Environment:

* You are renting a cabin in the Great Smokey Mountains. You will see and hear birds and wild animals. We treat our cabin monthly for pests but remember you are in the mountains.
* You will most likely enjoy watching bears on Red Hawk Way on a daily basis. You can safely enjoy them from a distance, but be respectful of their space. Do not forget that bears are wild animals and can be dangerous.
* Do not feed the bears, or leave any food unattended outside. Bears who get accustomed to being fed become aggressive and unfortunately most end up being put down. Do NOT contribute to this.
* Lock your car every time you leave it. Bears are excellent at opening unlocked car doors
* The fireplace is not available for use from April 1st through October 1st.
* Both Waze and Gooogle Maps work well and will take you right to the front door once you have the address. All roads are paved, but you will be driving up the mountain on windy roads. We strongly recommend a 4-Weel drive vehicle, and tire chains in the winter months in the event of snow/ice
