This gorgeous studio condo is only a 15-minute drive to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities as well as high-end touches! The condo complex offers an outdoor pool, game room, charcoal grills, and washer/dryer facilities (pay) in the main clubhouse building.



Getting Around:

We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved city roads all the way up and paved parking, too. The drive up is steep, but you are in the mountains—it is well-traveled and maintained by the city with many visitors daily.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo is a studio unit

• Must be 21 or older to book this condo

• This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum

• Parking is throughout the complex, and spots are not assigned

• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area

• The fireplace is wood-burning — bring your own firewood

• Coffee maker is a Keurig — bring your own coffee

• Condo complex offers:

 • Outdoor pool (seasonal)

 • Indoor pool and hot tub (year-round)

 • Washer/dryer (pay), playground, game room (pay), scenic seating areas

• Outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day and closes at the end of August — dates are subject to change without notice by the HOA

• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round — dates and maintenance are managed by the HOA and may change without notice

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
