« Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back. »

« Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic.
I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and youâd have to lift it to to close it back....

« The stay was amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was super comfy. Overall 10 out of 10. Spoke with the staff they were super friendly they just checked in and made sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we didnt need anything. Very personable. I would highly recommend this place. »
