• Foosball, Ping Pong, Pool Tables, Video Games, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes and Tennis available at 3 different clubhouses between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• All Pools Open from Memorial weekend and Close after Labor Day weekend.

• Please Note:
The property is located at the top of a steep hill that is not maintained by our company. Guests arriving by car should use caution when driving up, especially during wet or icy conditions.

• At least one guest must be 21 years or older.
• On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited
• No pets allowed
• PLEASE NOTE that the property is NON-SMOKING.
• Please note, a $1,000 fee applies for any non-disclosed pets or smoking inside the unit. Either violation results in immediate eviction without refund.
