Nice to have a hot tub we used it every evening except for our last night. Only one thing was it could use, the wooden deck needs some maintenance.

We did see mama bear and her 3 cubs while sitting on the deck enjoying our morning coffee. They just walked up approximately 5 yards from us and then they moved on. The views from the back deck are amazing.

It was disappointing that there actually is no porch swing. I feel like that should be disclosed. But other than that, the property was as expected.
