Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were several inconveniences that affected our experience. The two main issues were the WiFi and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay. Although we were able to connect using the provided network and password, it consistently showed "connected with no internet." We contacted staff twice and were told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. Because the Wi-Fi was unavailable, we were also unable to use any of the TV streaming apps, which limited our ability to watch movies together as a family.The hot tub was another disappointment.While it was initially warm, the temperature dropped by about five degrees every fifteen minutes, and the water level was not even full.It also did not appear clean and was barely functioning. Additionally, the pool table had several broken parts, including the nets that catch the balls and one side of the table.On a positive note, the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the cabin itself was nice. We simply wish that all amenities had been fully functional and better maintained, as that would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
