Villa 30 mins to Waco - Private Pool, Hot Tub, Gym and Fire Ring

Gentle Creek House is an absolute paradise nestled in the heart of Texas! Just 30 minutes from Waco, you get to be out of the city but still close enough to enjoy all that Waco has to offer.

The property features a fenced-in backyard with a private in-ground pool (4ft deep), spa, and gym. A small creek runs through the backyard with a deck overlooking it. There is also a propane BBQ grill, fire pit, and a second-floor balcony offering views of the entire backyard!


This 2200 sqft home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, complete with complimentary WiFi. Step outside to enjoy a covered 6-person spa (available year-round). The in-ground swimming pool features a 4-foot deep end and a 6-inch shallow end perfect for lounging. Please note, the pool is open from April 1st to October 31st; during November through March, it will be covered and unavailable for use.

On the other side of the creek across the bridge, there's a spacious area with chairs and a fire ring, complete with all the supplies needed to build a cozy fire. Also plenty of space available for setting up a tent if you bring one.

(There are 4 large 4K TVs in the house. All of the TVs have Netflix, Disney plus, and Hulu subscriptions for free. The upstairs bedroom and the living room TV’s also get local TV stations [CBS, ABC, FOX and much more] so you can watch all your favorite movies, shows and sports)

(All of the beds are “Allswell” memory foam mattresses)

Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom): 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed, 2 pack n play cribs (in the closet), a desk and chair, full bathroom, dresser, walk-in closet, access to the side porch, and a 4K 43in Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bunk bed, dresser, closet, full bathroom and a 4K 50in Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: 1 twin bunk bed, dresser and closet.

Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (no dresser or closet) also has 2 three person sofas, a 4K 55in Smart TV with a DVD player, and access to the balcony (This is the only room that requires going up stairs to get to.)

There’s a 3rd full bathroom near the back Porch in the utility room.

The living room has 2 three person sofas, a rocking chair, various games and a 4K 55in Smart TV with a DVD player.

The fully equipped Kitchen includes: refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker (with pods, sugar and creamer), hot water kettle, mixing bowls, pots, pans, basic cooking spices, plates, bowls, cups, cooking and eating utensils. There is also a kids dining room booster seat that is located in the hall closet

The Utility Room has: a washer & dryer, detergent, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board.

The workout room is in a shed in the backyard. It’s insulated and has an AC. Equipment includes: a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, bench press with weights, rowing machine, pull up and core machine, punching bag and hand weights.

There is a carport with space for 2 cars plus room for several more vehicles in the driveway. (There is room (but no hookups) to park an RV, please let us know if you plan on bringing one)


(We can not guarantee the creek will be running. It runs mostly in the springtime and after it rains.)

We have 2 cameras outside of the house in the front yard, aimed at the driveway. You can clearly see both of them, no cameras are hidden. 1 is on the corner of the fence and the other is on the power pole.

Due to insurance reasons, we aren’t allowed to supply pool rings. So feel free to bring your own pool toys if you’d like.
