One note, the listing says 3 bedrooms/sleeps 6. There are actually 2 bedrooms and the family room has a nice pullout that sleeps 2, which worked out fine for us, but didn’t realize this when booking. The location of the home was perfect for easy access to the hospital and the amenities such as the washer & dryer, and nicely appointed kitchen made the stay homey and comfortable. The area also has some great restaurants close by. The homeowner, Frank, was fantastic and was quick to respond to any and all requests. »

This was not a problem for us but I don't think it is clear in the listing. The check in instructions were incorrect and accessing the house took significantly longer than expected. The house is nice and comfortable. »
