Some of the neighborhood homes are nice and some are very run down. Inside this rental the tvs, beds, and appliances are modern. The couch is small and not very comfortable, and there isn't much room in the bathroom to place toiletries. The small kitchen also could use additional counter space. The owner laid out a welcome guide to the area for us, which was super useful in planning our Redwood National Park during the day, and Beachside sunset vista viewing in the evening.
