« This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town! »

« This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...

« Only Four elevators for the main building and one was out of service our entire stay. This was when the hotel was near capacity. Plus, one of their boilers was out so there was no hot water at 8am. Plus, our TV was out (they did rectify that problem within 1/2 hour). No safe in the room, and the safe in our traveling companions room was broken. The front end staff was helpful and excellent in helping book shows. Overall, not impressed and a little sad. »

« There was a softball tournament while we were there and the kids and parents were so rude, blocking walkways, running outside the rooms knocking on doors. Management did nothing. It rained and water came in our room under the door, carpet was filthy. »

« I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...

« Bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. When you stepped into the tub it made a noise and I thought I was going to fall through. »

« No wash cloths provided in our room. The bed was the worst i think i have ever slept on. It was clean and had nice covers and pillows, but that did not help the fact that the mattress was so uncomfortable that i woke up with a horrible backache. I had to get my husband to help me out of the bed. It took a long time for the pain to subside. The second night was no better. The staff person in the lobby was friendly and helpful during check in. But we had no interaction with anyone else. »
