Welcome to the "BEAR" necessities cabin with all the amenities! A tiny cabin in the middle of everything recreational, from miles of ATV trails, snowmobiling, nearby lakes and entertainment! At the end of the day experience complete relaxation at the cabin from hanging out around the pellet stove fireplace, sitting in the hot-tub and enjoying an outdoor movie under stars to cozying up inside the charming 384 sqft cabin with your loved ones this is the spot for ultimate fun and relaxation!

About the Cabin

Our cozy, studio-style cabin is the perfect retreat for couples or small families looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. The cabin features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a full-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, providing a welcoming space for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring.

The cabin is equipped with a toaster oven and hot plate for preparing simple meals, along with an outdoor propane grill for enjoying a cookout in the fresh air.

We've stocked the cabin with the essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including soaps, dinnerware, towels, paper products, and more. Just bring your bags and get ready to relax, recharge, and enjoy your getaway!

It features an amazing outdoor patio with a 100 inch projection screen TV, outdoor pellet stove (pellets additional charge) seating area and 2 person hot-tub!

The cabin is situated in Garrison MN, next to the Pine center ATV trails making it a great spot for ATV enthusiast's, and is only minutes from Mille lacs lake!

House Rules & Important Things to Know Before Booking

Security Cameras: Security cameras are used at the property for safety and security.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Respect Our Neighbors: Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours.

Pet-Friendly Stay: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends.

Well Water: Our property uses well water, which may have a noticeable sulfur smell that some guests find unpleasant. The water has been tested and is safe for drinking, bathing, and cooking. This odor is common with wells in our area, and we want guests to be aware of this before booking.

Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Please use it responsibly and follow all posted safety guidelines.

Outdoor Pellet Stove: Use of the outdoor pellet stove is at your own risk. Please operate it responsibly and follow all provided safety instructions.

Outdoor Projector: The outdoor projector is intended for appropriate content rated PG-13 or below. Please be considerate of our neighbors when choosing content and setting the volume.
