« The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again. »

« The property was not ready for habitation. It was dirty to filthy in various areas, including inside the refrigerator/freezer, along the baseboards, window sills and a/c units and the bathroom. Junk was tossed into a cabinet underneath the kitchen sink, in kitchen cabinets,and in one of the bedroom closets. « This new construction loft was wonderful and spacious. The views from the rooftop were amazing! Kitchen was well set up for our group. We appreciated the one seat ride to NYC via bus and the walk to the PATH train. »

« Je ne compte plus le nombre de fois où je suis venu à New-York et j’ai testé à chaque fois un nouveau quartier. Cette fois-ci j’ai choisi Hoboken dans le NewJersey et je ne suis pas déçu.
