« Great location, spectacular views, very comfortable accommodations. Only one elevator was working during our stay so that was inconvenient at times, but not a deal breaker! »

« This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am. »

« This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...

« The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again. »

« Je ne compte plus le nombre de fois où je suis venu à New-York et j’ai testé à chaque fois un nouveau quartier. Cette fois-ci j’ai choisi Hoboken dans le NewJersey et je ne suis pas déçu. L’accès est tellement facile et rapide pour se rendre à Manhattan (grâce au PATH Train) que dorénavant c’est ici que je séjournerai. « Our family had a wonderful stay in this three-bedroom, two-bath apartment in FiDi. The location was absolutely fantastic! Easy access to multiple subway lines and within walking distance of so many great neighborhoods and destinations, including Tribeca, SoHo, Stone Street, and Little Italy.The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. « Such a great place to stay visiting NJ and NY! Not a far walk to the Journal Square PATH station and you can go anywhere from there. The suite was a perfect size and very clean.
