« We are a family of three staying in this appartment for three nights. The owner gave us checkin instruction making the checkin process very easy. The room has a kitchen which makes the stay very convenient. You have to assemble the sofa bed every night. But it's ok. The owner told us he clean the blankets very often, it seems clean. The location is also good. »

« The property was good and as described. However gaining entry was pathetic. Photo of outside of the property was completely misleading and not helpful. Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund. Kept insisting that I didn't want...

The apartment uses a centralized system controlled entirely by building management, meaning you have zero ability to adjust it yourself. « Nice apartment not too far from the metro station. The only thing we didn’t like too much was the late checkout witch was at 4 pm and that for checking in a bit early they still charge you extra but other than that we had a good time there. »

« The place is very nice and clean. In a great location. Quality furnishings and comfortable. The main kitchen supplies are plentiful and quality. However, it's missing a lot of the smaller things like a cutting board, strainer, steak knives, etc, etc. Which makes it a challenge to actually cook and is disappointing for a property that commands such a high price. »

« Quartier tranquille, agréable et bien situé pour explorer Madrid mais ... Cet appartement défraichi est en sous sol d'une maison et trés humide (pas de ventilation dans la salle d'eau, pas d'ouverture dans une des chambres, la peinture se décolle, ...). L'équipement est trÚs insuffisant (4 chaises dont une cassée, 3 bols pour 4, 1 tasse à café cassée pour 4, éclairage de la hotte HS, ...) et une minuscule table pour diner. Certains meubles tiennent par miracle (ou grùce au robinet de l'évier !)...
