The cold welcoming and then we had to change rooms twice !!!
The first one, was so dirty body hairs everywhere, on the floor, bedsheets, the bathroom’s wall, the sink faucet was covered with a creamy thing…then we changed for the second one.
I specifically told him that I hope it will be clean, he just laughed at me and did not give a proper apology. Even the elevator and corridors were dirty, there was a handful of hair..
Had to go back to the front desk and then he didn’t care at all that he directed me to the housekeeping manager.
He didn’t care at all, don’t even look, telling me that it’s normal and blamed it on the third party cleaning service.
Only then he decided to ACTUALLY clean the room, change the bedsheets and mop the floor with their dirty wet mop that still leaves hair and everything.., kitchen ustensiles are dirty especially glasses, the sofa had white stains on it in both rooms.
In the shower there was MOLD, the bathroom wall shelf was covered in dust.
So confused and disappointed of them because HOW can you be possibly have 9.2 score?! and a 4 star hotel ?!
How come that when you changed the bedsheets, they were actually less dirty than the first ones?
Had the worst night, couldn’t sleep luckily it was for one night before my flight and that I used my points to book the room.
When checking out, the next guy didn’t asked how was my night Obviously, easy to say sorry with your renovation excuses next year blabla.. will never come back !"
