« This place was wonderful! In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. »

« We were traveling as a family with two of our young adult children. We love staying in properties that offer local character, and this property delivers. Located across from a canal, it has extensive views of all the comings and goings on the canal. Beautiful! Please heed the owner's warning about the steep stairs. If you have mobility challenges in any way, this property is not for you. Having said that, my husband has a bum knee, and he was able to manage. Interior stairway offers child safety...

« Great apartment in a fun location. We really enjoyed being right in/on the edge of the hustle and bustle. And the location on the canal we were on was excellent. The tree-lined canal, the local restaurants and pubs, the early evening golden hour…all were great. Two things to note: the noise in the alley will definitely impact your sleep late into the night. But it is super quiet until 9 or 10 am so plenty of time to sleep in. Also, the small bed in the very small room with the limited...
