« While we we highly impressed with the property itself, we we highly disappointed with the communication of the property manager. Upon arrival in Rome at the airport we still hadn't received any communication on checkin. This concerned us to the point of getting a room there and staying instead of going on to the accommodation. « The location was perfect and convenient. The room was very clean. There's a combined washer and dryer which is rare in Europe. Host was responsive and checked in with us a couple of times.
