« #1 rule, don't save money on heating; nothing is more important than guests comfort, and saving on heating on a snowy weekend wasn't smart (especially if a 4-year old child is involved). Despite my multiple messages to the host trying to have him increase the heating, all heaters have remained cold the whole time. It was quite unpleasant, and it's 90% of the reason for this review. « Very clean property. Check-in was easy other than we didn’t know which door was for our unit, but we figured it out lol. Two units have the same number. The area was a little “edgy” and 0.7 miles from main subway station to downtown, but the unit itself was great for our trip. »
