« Our stay at the Canal House was just what we had envisioned!! Perfectly located near everything that we wanted to see and do and the accommodations were perfect; quiet, clean, and comfortable!!Evert was a great host there if we needed anything but did not try to be part of our experience.The only challenging thing is the stairs to the 2nd floor apartment, alone they are fine with luggage it is a test of strength and balance, but the trip up is more than worth the effort. »

« Loved the location. Communication could have been better prior. Had to ask for towels and a hair dryer. He accommodated quickly. Would stay there again since location is in the heart of Amsterdam. Crazy stairs up to unit, if you have climbing issues beware. Couch in living room is really a small futon but he did provide an air mattress. Probably best for only 2 people in unit or a small child with parents. Overall good!! Loved Amsterdam!! »

« Bel appartement, propre, près de tout, bien équipé (Il manquerait un balai par contre). Nous n'avons pas rencontré Sebastian mais les communications avec lui ont été faciles et efficaces. Il ne manque qu'une buanderie plus proche de l'appartement. Merci pour tout Sebastian ! »

« The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were attentive to all the details and we loved the location. Quiet but near shopping, restaurants, and trams. The only real challenge is that it is on the 4th floor so getting our luggage up 81 steep steps was not easy. We are both over 70 years old and in pretty good shape so we managed but would have liked to know this detail before. »
