« No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels. »

« Property was exactly as advertised. Superb location in the city center, excellent amenities and perfect for our needs. Jean Phillpe, the owner and manager was very helpful during our stay and always available to answer any questions. He was the next best thing to a personal concierge. The apartment is on a pedestrian street. busy during the day but very quiet at night.and five minutes from the Rotonde. No need for a car; we walked everywhere and were able to take advantage of public transport...

« Our stay in Aix was made so much easier with our great apartment. It was located in a very central area with lots of great shops and restaurants. The apartment was big enough for the 3 of us to stay in and met all of our expectations. In addition, the air conditioning was a great feature that we all enjoyed! « Sehr gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattes Objekt, das sich allerdings im Erdgeschoss befindet und über keinen wirklich nutzbaren Balkon verfügt; die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem PKW ist sehr gut, allerdings sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Fuß sehr eingeschränkt - z. B. keine Bäckerei fusslüfig erreichbar etc. -; der Weg ins Zentrum zu Fuß ist relativ weit und wegen des zu überwindenden Anstiegs sehr mühsam; »
