« The place was amazing and exactly as described. Chris met me upon arriving and showed around the house, gave ideas on trails and things to do. He even had a dog crate there and a fully fenced kennel outside. Books, sucked kitchen, bathroom, and the views were simply amazing from every room. The craftmanship of the home is outstanding and my understanding is he built the home and all the furniture himself. Outstanding. Would rent again for another getaway. »

« This property was located about 45 minutes from The Great Sand Dunes NP visitor center. The home was very private, clean and well provisioned. Our favorite spot was the deck off of the loft which had a wonderful view of the mountains as well as the sunrise. The wrap around deck also had a great view where you could watch the sun set. There were many extras that added to the uniqueness of the rental. We would highly recommend it. »

« It was a pleasant little cozy place. Peaceful and quiet. Host was available if needed. There is plenty to do fairly near by if are looking for some unique experiences. One thing, kitchen sink stopper needs replaced. But found another way to do the small amount of dishes that we dirtied. Overall was very pleased with the experience.
